Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note: During high-volume seasons, processing times may take longer.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We offer standard shipping via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to most countries.
Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
Customs and import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Some carriers have limitations on delivering to P.O. Boxes. If we are unable to ship to your P.O. Box, we’ll contact you for an alternate address.
Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items
If your item is marked as pre-order or made-to-order, please allow additional processing time. The estimated shipping date will be listed on the product page.
